i made my 10s4p pack by direct sodlering. no problem other than it took a long time.
I did invest in a spot welder afterwards as my 10s8p pack would be much too time consuming
DId you prep the cells any way? Scuffing, fluxing, etc…
no not at all. Just pre-tinned them and make sure to use an iron that is pretty high in watts because you want the solder to melt and cool as quick as possible. but the connections are soldered very strong and have better connections than spot welding.

What iron did you use?
trakpower TK950 60Watt station. Quality machine. reaches up to 900 degrees F

I don’t solder cells but if you do as high as possible
