Battery wont charge

Hi guys im not sure if this is the best ace to ask but i have an electric skateboard that completely ran out of battery and now will not charge at all , i tried a lower powerd charger but it still did not charge.

Any ideas would be amazing guys , thanks for your time

If you let lithium ion batteries completely die, it often ends their useful service life.

How dead was it? Did you measure anything? How long did it sit? Was it turned on while sitting?
