That’s true in most places but the difference with online is that they can lie and say it is on back-order and no longer available at the advertised price so they refund your money. In a physical store, they can’t turn around and be like ‘no we won’t sell you this’ since you’ve got the item in your hand and its much harder to get around it so they honor it.
