I have a question about the wiring of my BMS. I have this BMS for my project. It has a separate charge and discharge port.
What would be the consequence when the -C and -P are connected to each other? I altered an existing power drill adapter for my battery build, but is has only 2 pin outs. It would be very convenient if I could stick with the 2 pins. I will never charge and discharge at the same time (so the battery will be completely disconnected from the load when charging.)
Will it still balance charge when charging? Are there any consequences or function loss when discharging?
