Thanks for the tips I’m going t message the seller of the kit to see if it’s exactly that size or weather it has a little extra. Will it make a lot of difference with just one layer ? Also only reason I said about battery box first is because I already have smaller squares of carbon weave to attempt without spend a lot on a load of carbon and resin.
About the epoxy resign use one of those cups that come with the cough medicine depending on the mixing ration. Don’t go overboard with the mixing of the resin 4-6 oz of the mix is enough for a board, just saturate the CF and the excess put back in the mixing cup if some bubbles start forming don’t worry and keep spreading latter use a heat gun to pop all the micro bubbles.

Might be better but he says it’s exactly 100cm where my board is 104cm I’m not sure weather to just get it and deal with the tiny bit short as I’m thinking I’m taking a little out of my deck to get more motor clearance so wouldn’t notice it on one side.
