i would suggest reading a lot of build logs. i think they will answer most of your questions.
read other build logs, and all your questions will be answered
If this battery is a 6s battery and your motor kv and gearing ratio allow for this battery configuration, then yes this possible. Yet I would suggest reading some more to really know what you want your e-board to do. Hills, fast speed, more range, etd
People generally use at least two batteries. The reasons for this are to extent the range and to reduce voltage sag.

We really want to help new people, but those simple questions (which are already answered in thousands of other treads, but thats a different story) do not deserve multiple threads.
