Difference between Bestech BMS 12s HCX-D223V1 and Bestech D140 - 12S BMS

Hi team, I will to buy a new BMS for upgrade my system charger of my skateboard, I want to know which are the difference between these Bms:

The best tech d140 is a charge only bms, and the hcx d223v1 is a charge and discharge bms with a eswitch built in.

A simple search would of done the trick.
