I found taobao sell the 6384 200 kv motor,but the shaft without the key way. The manufacturer could help us drill the keyway . Is anyone have the Enertion motor keyway design diagram? Is maytech has the motor with keyway?

It is hard to remove pulley. If I want to remove pulley gear should i heat the set screw?
it’s not harder than a grub screw getting stuck in the pulley. If you have a good heater like an hot air gun, it take 20 seconds and you’re done. How often a year do you remove pulleys?
