For sure man will have to do some gearing. At the moment i have it on 18/68 which on the calculator gives an estimated top speed of 55KMH.
Only thing is, not many places sell wheel pulleys for MBS so bit harder to source.

No motor is really sealed. Sealing only prevents dust, not water ingress. More important is, are the windings and phase wires conformal coated?
Agreed, itâs just the torque motors have much larger vents so moisture has an easier time of doing damage.
Update #4: Batteries being built
12S5P of 40T cells are being built by @Tony_Stark , dude is a straight up legend, just look at how clean the welds are all done by hand!
Some more pictures, belts arrived etcâŚ
Custom Avio Mini RC remote mod by @nuttyjeff arrived also!
The throttle range on this is awesome, build quality is fantastic well worth it!
@Eskate444 , I realise this is nearly 3 yrs old now but wanted to hear how this board is going after this time elapsed. I am thinking of doing very similar to what youâve done yourself and was wondering:
Do you feel it was worth the money spent? (and how much did you spend overall?)
Can you share your thoughts on what went well / what you would change?
I really love the look of the Lacroix Jaws 2.0. While itâs not as powerful as the other boards in the range, I donât need huge amounts of range, just 20+ miles is plenty, as long as Iâve got loads of torque for the hills in my area.
Regards, Michael
He also logged in the last time, 3 years ago. I unfortunately doubt youâll get an answer.
