How well does that Led headlamp work with it being mounted so low?

Thanks @Jeff

I saw your build and was thinking about something like that. I love that security while still being quickly removed. Did you just glue the pins into the board?

It all varies on the shape of the road, its not the best but I don’t have to hold it and working on OFF/Low/Med/High switch on controller for it. I will try and get some pics of the throw of the beam.

Thanks, I have been really happy with that system. I will likely convert my other build to something similar when I have time.

Yes, I used a little bit of epoxy just to keep them in place. You technically don’t even need glue since the compression of the seal pulls the pins down. I ran it without glue for a week just to make sure it was what I wanted.

Finished my overkill wall mounts for 80mm O’tangs. I figured one day my wild cat would get on top of it and didn’t want any chance that it might come off at 4am crashing to the ground.

What printer are you using. The quality looks good.

I am still using my FlashForge Creator Dual original wooden printer. Running Simplify3d program with Sailfish firmware.

What length belt are you running on the 16:36 w/ that mount? Nice build.

@torqueboards Bolt on v3 mount with a 280mm belt on the 16/36 pulleys.
