Was just gonna say that. The lead is in the wrong plug that’s why there ain’t any reading. COM always should be connected.

Ahhh, okay think I may have found the issue.
Charger was plugged into the adaptor the wrong way round. Using the multimeter (properly ) I was able to get voltage when switched around. Now when plugged in I’m not getting the spark, I will leave it for a while and see if it charges.

Oh boy lol well good thing you got it fixed XD
But it’s AC it shouldn’t matter which way you plug it… Probably just not making the connection properly.
