Help w/ trampa motor issue

Hello,

I bought a trampa board and it may have got damaged in the shipping process. This unit has a dual fat boy ss gear drive with trampa motors. When I engage the throttle only one motor spins. Occasionally the other motor will make a grinding sound or a high pitch noise like a bad connection to the motor. If I spin the wheel with my hand and hit the gas it syncs with the other motors speed. With a load on it has a rough time activating the one motor.

I have not taken anything apart yet. Has anyone had the same issues and could give me some ideas to get this working correctly would be much appreciated. Perhaps it may be a bearing? As it seem to work here and there.

Hi!

Is the board new? Have you tried to make a new motor configuration?

I bought the board used and it was working correctly before the last owner just sent it.

Ok, well, you should try a new motor detection on VESC tool to begin.

Ok after I ran the motor configuration on the vesc tool app, made sure all connections were good and it worked! Thanks for the help!

Check the wire connectors, sometimes one can get halfway unplugged and arc off the others. Send Vid.
