No. I buy in set with motor mount from ebay. All ebay is full with that belts…
I bought The belt on 3vbelt.com ,https://www.3vbelt.com/product/timing-belt-htd-250-5m-50-teeth/ , all the belts are freshly cut ,any width is OK.
