I bought a new vesc and it keeps running when I turn my remote off

Set your remote failsafe, its not the vesc

how would i do this

read your remote manual, they’re all different, if its a gt2b, just keep the throttle in neutral and press the failsafe button in the receiver with the provided push pin

one last thing .what dose that mean

i fixed it, all I had to do is rebind it
