@benjammin This is my OPTION 3 except for the motor mounts. I might be going with belts for now instead of chains. I guess this counts as a vote to OPTION 3 
The question is, are the Matrix II compatible with the HS11 or do I need to make new holes? Anybody’s done this before who can share their experience?
Two holes will lineup, the other two you’ll have to drill yourself.

Like you said, kinda the best of both worlds. Trampa decks are sick! Great flex, design etc., then the performance of the MatrixIIs is where it’s at imo, especially if you plan on riding over 30mph.
