Is it possible it was damaged on your first ride and not out of the box?

@dareno Yep I have, and am wearing a helmet everytime I ride but it’s not a full-faced one that’s why I wanted to get the TSG Pass
@Multi Exactly! I had a near miss last week. Almost kissed the road hence me being active in pursuing this.
@mars It hasn’t gone out for a ride yet. Farthest it got was out of the box and back to its box. And yes, the consensus seems to be, if you don’t know how it was damaged, replace it
