is the isolation ring on top yellowish? It has to be bright white

I notice all of there location is from BELL, CALIFORNIA. Multiple sellers. Tried to read their feedbacks, and nobody states they are fake. Did you get your money back @Kuchi ? I’m looking for some 30Q myself.
Yeah but it took a while. Ordered from imr batteries and those were real and all the same voltage.
