I purchased a pre-owned Kaly NYC almost a year ago. The battery And anti-spark switch failed shortly after purchasing the board. Finally, after nine months with a board that did not work- I was extremely lucky to find someone close by and willing to build a new 12s4p with Sony 18650 cells. I rode the board 25 miles today, power delivery from the motors to the wheels feels seamless. I don’t know what kind of range I’m getting, however I did quit riding at 25miles and I still wasn’t experiencing any battery sag whatsoever.
