Lipo won't charge all the way

OK so guys I hooked up my lipo batteries to a BMS and it’s been about two months but for some reason now my batteries will not charge to 100% it will like go to 95% But if I go downhill and use the regenerative braking it’ll put it to 100% can anybody help me what’s going on

Have you measured with an actual multimeter?

No as of now I’m just going off what my battery indicator is reading

Check the voltage of each cell. You might have a bad cell in your pack

Also check the output voltage of your charger while charging. If it’s not outputting at least 4.2v per cell under load, it won’t fully charge the battery
