Motor is beeping (Torqueboard 12s ESC + Wii controller)

hi,

i’m helping a friend to build a single drive eboard, he bought some used parts:

  • ESC (Torqueboard 12s)
  • Battery 26650 cell 7s2p li ion battery with BMS
  • Motor 270kv
  • Wii controller + receiver

the problem is when he switch on the motor is beeping, here is a video

any idea? where is the problem? the receiver? the esc?

i will appreciate any help because i never used a wii remote as a controller

Did you turn the remote on and have the light become solid? It sounds like it’s trying to pair with the remote.
