How can I becaome a level 4 user in order to open a thread on the GB category, at the moment I can’t open a new discusion at that subforum

I’m trying to get to level 3 I’ve been here over a year and probably been on for 365 days straight and still can’t get the member level. I think level 4 does have to be appointed to you by a mod
