Programmable custom Speed-Modes?

Hello there! I am currently in the process of building an electric longboard. I have looked for an option to program custom speed-modes for the board. My Wowgo 2s i have right now have the standard 3 speed-modes seen on the remote and the hobbywing ESC. I would like to program a custom speed-mode so that if any local police are interested in trying my board they wont find that it is illegal Is there a way to do this? Bluetooth? Special remote? Directly from Vesctool?

Quick edit: I am currently looking at the Flipsky VX2 Pro remote which also says it has 3 modes, H/M/L, but not that they are programmable.

I love my Metr.Pro. I also love the app. Don’t use the app to configure profiles. The only App you should ever use to write configurations to your ESC is either the VESC app for normal VESCs or FocBoxUI for a Unity. Anything else is playing with fire. Reading configurations and stats is fine. FocBoxUI does not support eRPM caps. The only way I can think of to configure one is to write a command to the terminal. Do not use the terminal unless you fully understand what you are doing.
