trying to upgrade my battery to a BMS. Got three 3s turnigy 5000mah.
The bms I bought is this
My question is, how do I connect my balance lead to this type of BMS?

You should be able to hook this up just like any other BMS. You will have to bypass the BMS for discharge. My recommendation is to use the search bar on this website for one of the dozens of threads about how to hook up a BMS.
