Let say I want to swap the battery with a lower amp one in case the larger amp battery runs out of juice from the Maxfind Enclosure, Do I have to have to programme the VESC (whether it’s Focbox Tenka/Unity and etc) for it to run on the lower amp battery or is it okay to leave the settings with the higher Amp battery in mind?

I think you’ll run the risk of hurting your lower amp battery if tht esc tried putting too much from it. You could program for the smaller batt then let run your higher amp one with lower settings though, that should be fine.
