Adrian I am part of Hobs Email thread above as well, and this is absolutely above and beyond ridiculous. Why haven’t you been responding to literally any of our Emails. I have sent easily close to 10 in the past 2 months and haven’t heard a thing. Extremely insulting customer service on your end. Lastly where are our boards? How much longer do we have to wait. You give us timeline after timeline and your company still can’t honor that. We are tired of waiting. Ship us out boards already. If I do not receive mine this month I demand a 110% refund for false advertising on your end. My bank is already tracking. Get it together Enertion.
Adrain, In your website, you clearly said that the boards order in April will be shipped in 6 weeks. Now every month you have pushed the delivery date to the next month. This seems to be a scam. I have requested a full refund, and considering that you are not responding to my email for refund. I submitted a dispute to my credit card company.

We’re really sorry you felt the need to proceed in this way. You can check your email for reply to your ticket from yesterday.
We appreciate that the original time estimate was to be 4-6 weeks at the time of your order, but we also have always stated “These dates are subject to change as delays in our production processes arise, and by placing a pre-order, you agree to accept that your board’s shipping date is only an estimate, and may be subject to change.”
This is also stated in the FAQ on the product page itself:
Orders placed after May 1st 2019 are expected to ship during Q3 2019, within the stated 4-6 week lead time.
Please note that these dates are subject to change, as we continually strive to give our customers the most up-to-date, refined edition of the Raptor 2.
We will be releasing more information over the coming weeks to document the process of our next production batch, and let customers who are waiting get a more detailed insight into where we’re up to with their orders.
Adrian that is not good enough. In fact that’s an insulting time line again. Another 3 weeks? REALLY?? I do not believe you for a second, because that’s the 4th time your company has pushed my order to the right. That’s even so, past your, “Ride this Summer or 110% guaranteed money back advertisement on your website.” I demand 110% money back ASAP. I have Every Email saved from the day I purchased your board many months ago and my bank says it’s false advertising on your end. I want 110% money back. Let me know, or I will be contacting my bank and credit company ASAP to proceed forward with getting involved with your company. I will be waiting for a response.

Thanks for hanging on there - please accept our apologies for the extremely late reply. It’s completely our fault - we’ve been overwhelmed lately with the influx on enquiries related to backorders, and although we’ve tried to reply to as many emails as possible, our ticketing system has not been robust enough with our current resources.
About your order - good news finally !! - it’s been scheduled for production over the next 3 weeks, with shipments to commence from around the middle of August, pending final QC. We’ll be shipping via express means to make sure you can still get some riding in this summer.
We appreciate that it’s been a long, long wait for your Raptor 2.1, and we really look forward to getting it to you soon!

We do appreciate the frustration, and it’s completely understandable - but all we’re trying to do is offer solutions the best we can to our customers, and work to ship out product to customers - because we know that’s what’s at the heart of most people’s discontent.
We’re actively working to ship (and produce) Raptor 2.1, Unity, and wheels to customers over the next week, which will hopefully make a great deal of people much happier than they are now.
We’ll discuss your order options further via your ticket.
I keep receiving stories of Enertion charging a 10% restocking fee on a board they cant even deliver. A board that has over 30 people backlogged on delivery, and this filthy rotten company wants to charge a restocking fee? Are you idiots at Enertion fucking sober? Do you have any idea how the internet works? Do you realise your making yourselves look like a bunch of greedy slimy con artists that make a good chunk of their profit by charging people for non delivery when you had no board to deliver to them? To anyone being offered less than a full and total refund, call your credit card company and let them know about the constant non delivery, false promises, and best of all, their inability to respond to anything but public legal threats. Maybe enough complaints and the credit card conpanies will start wondering what is going on.
I personally cant believe that a fellow Australian company would be ripping people off like this. Just so everyone international is clear, a 90% refund on an item that is refunded due to failure to supply is totally illegal inside Australia. Enertion is just taking advantage of you.
You can jam your board up your ass Adrian, ill take a full refund right now please. Or send me a board and ill be glad to post lengthy reviews of my Enertion experience to whomever I can.

While my order was submitted on April 1st, 2019. The chart on your website says 4-6 weeks for the month of April. This is a false advertisement if not a scam. Every month after many emails and posting on public forums, you respond to my email and claim that the board will be delivered next month. It is already 17 weeks since I have ordered my board, and your last email says I need to wait another six weeks, that means even if you deliver it will be 23 weeks by then. Meanwhile, you are touring Europe with our money.
You are responding to the email that I requested a refund. I submitted a dispute through my credit card company, and hopefully, I can get my money back through them. Even If I get the board, your support and warranty probably going to be a horrible experience too. Hopefully, I can get my refund before you go out of business with this track record.
People should just get an Evolve electric board. Their board is very similar, just a bit slower. At least they ship on time, and they have fantastic support. Also, they do respond to emails.

It’s complete bull crap and again extremely unprofessional on your end to keep making up story after story. You have ignored 99% of my emails in the past 2 months, you have false advertised time, after time, and now you just send the same mass produced emails to everyone stating we will all get our boards in 3 weeks, Bull Crap. I can feel the pain too. I been waiting for since April too. I just requested a response on my order #26324 too!!! I hope I get a truthful answer.
