Ooooh, that sure is pretty! The gloss on the final picture looks silky smooth. Nice job!

Thanks I have to sand it down one more time and put one or two more coats. If after I sand it down and there aren’t any dips then I can pollish it. Hopefully it’s just once.

beautiful coordination as always @XvDarkVAngelvX! I might suggest lighter grit in between layers of epoxy/clear - less work.

I’ll always follow your threads - well done execution and gorgeous!

Looking sweet, can’t wait to see which 200A ESC('s ?) you use…

How are you going to mount the motors? I tried to use the gt mounts with 6355 motors but they are cut for a smaller motor…and not the same pattern…looks like you are just mocking up with 2 bolts…

I ended up modding some TB mounts to work…

Thanks @sl33py , I don’t mind the work. The heavy grit actually helps git rid of lumps and dips in between coats. It’s that last coat is have to make sure I use a higher grade sandpaper to get it nice and smooth. I might polish it one more time after I get all the electronics laid out.

I have this GoolRC ESC. @Cobber I’ll try it and see what I can get out of it. Not sure? If not I’ll try something else.

At this moment @Crushkrew, I have only two screws on each motor. I have to drill two extra holes on each mount to help secure them.

I wanna see this build with metro board red transparent 97mm flywheels. Even @longhairedboy would be scared in front of a build that red

Trying to see how I’m going to assemble electronics in the enclosure. Red transparent metro wheels would be nice. It would match the red transparent bushings on the trucks. :grinning:

This is going to go really fast since it has so much red

Are you running those lipos in series or parallel because I tried to find the esc and I found one that is very similar and it says that it is 2s-7s. wouln’t 8s blow it?
