Second UART port on makerX HI100?

Hi While opening my new makerX Go-FOC HI100, because of another reason, I discovered to pins labeled “RX” and “TX” on the Pcb with “UART 2” written above it. Does this mean that I can solder a Bluetooth module on these pins and connect for example a VX2 pro remote to the COMM UART port and both will be able to work simultaneously without any further modification?
