Looks Awesome! Two small and easily implemented suggestions:
1 - Please put some silicon around the caps to hold them in place otherwise they will break off 2 - Please change to USB type-C

Only gate driver is different from vesc 6. Therefore, almost all of them have similar specifications.

great job bro! I also designed a vesc6 which has 12 mosfets and uses drv8323 as gate driver. The size is a little bit smaller 40x70x20mm. I tested under 42v 1000w. Just works fine.
