Signs for me is just any general noise, clicking sounds coming from the motor, a lot of times when your bearing is wearing out you’ll notice you’re less battery efficient, that’s a usual sign for me. IMO it’s a pain to fix most motors or replace bearings without proper tools, I prefer to just buy a new motor and think of it as my periodic eskate “gas” expense.
