Staggered Motor Mount Query

I have seen some articles suggest using staggered motor mounting designs when trucks don’t offer adequate space for long motors (6374 and above usually). I am considering implementing a diagonal staggered design in a future build. My question is: Does having motors setup with some side by side overlay cause any interference between the magnets of the two motors.

If anyone has any advice or if they could place two spare motors side by side to check if they attract at all, I would be very appreciative. Cheers!

I assume you are planning to have each motor on the opposite side of the truck hanger?

If so you won’t have any issues.

Generally speaking a decent motor, with a thick steel rotor, should have minimal flux leakage. The magnetic field should be mostly inside the motor for optimal performance.
