Thanks for all the help everyone, I finally got it out with the dremel method and got it out with a flathead drill. I put way to much loctite. Idk why I didn’t clean it up. But I had to tap the threads because that bolt messed ‘em up. Luckily replaced the stainless bolts and everything fits perfect now. The pictures are of the bolt I got out and how it affected the mount. Luckily, only cosmetic damage, so nothing big. Thanks to everyone for all the help!
