Today a friend told me he heard about the new 20 kmh scooter law in germany. HE said the government wants to bring through the law before summer this year. Thats Ok for the beginning and we will only need a simple liability insurance. The question is if e-skateboards also match this law, and if it counts when you’re still liability insured or if you need a new insurance for that. As far as I know my country, I bet we will stand outside with our eboards, and if not, we surly need 10000 new insurances and license plates.

Hey What was the outcome of this? I’m basses in Lausanne. I got pulled up by a cop for the first time in 3 years. I was riding the exway wave till recently. Got a meepo atom and put on the waterborne surf trucks. Bam! pulled up by a cop not even riding just walking out my gate. Might have to go back to the normal trucks for a lower profile.
