I’m experiencing cutoffs when I go around 25 km/h uphill. I suspected temperature and it seems so by looking at the logs.
From my intuition this load shouldn’t be enough to bring the FSVESC above 80ºC. By the logs, battery current is under 40A and power bellow 1500W.
The FSVESC itself is in an enclosure with the heat sink resting above 1 cm the outer enclosure, so there is a space between the heatsink and the bottom of the other enclosure. There is no air circulation though, just maybe a bit due to the holes for the cables.
