Demon podium is nice and lightweight. But wanting to get tsg pass as well for riding when it’s cold.

I know this post is old but I thought I would chime in. Did you ever contact TSG? I doubt they will do anything. It is not just the damage you can see that make the differance. The padding and impact asorbing charateristics of a helmet are usally only rated for one crash, at lease when talking about motor cycle helmets. I would assume this is pretty constant across the industry.
Unfortunately my big head only fits in this 3xl monster helmet and even this is a little tight since it measures at 67 max and my head measures at 69 (Haha 69)
oh yeah, they gave me the whole spiel about single use impact absorption characteristics of the foam and not replacing shells.
so now i have three TSGs and two have chunks in them.
I have half helmet, this one, I could sell 67us +shipping here.

This helmet is as good quality as I’ve had on my noggin. The carbon is undamaged, TSG know how to put together what is a very tough shell combined with a comfortable, secure liner
If you have the means and are in need, don’t doubt them
If it were the weekend I’d certainly consider mushroom head
