I donā€™t have any experience with Loctite 262 as a pulley compound, the Loctite 680 works amazing, I never had any pulley getting loose and removing is extremely easy, just need to use the correct level of temperature otherwise you wonā€™t get it out.

I used 262 on threads on itā€™s pretty easy to remove when I take a torch to it, I just hope that the 262 can handle the force of the motor pulley
