It really is which agent you get. and most of them really don’t care. i fly with a huge flask, but i hand wrote a litle white sticker 3 oz. and put it on the bottom. They are always like “3 ounces, that is a smart man right there”. It is clearly not, but it is on there and their job is done. I am sure a sticker that says anything under 99kwh would work MOST of the time. sucks when it doesn’t though.
