Upgrade to rubber wheels on Teamgee H5

I want to upgrade my H5 with bigger rubber wheels due to the bad conditions of my city roads. Teamgee says that H5 will lose 30% of speed and acceleration if I choose their new rubber wheels. In any case, their rubber wheels is around 200€, so its a bit priced. Does anybody knows a budget combination of rubber wheels and hub motor that could work on H5?
