Upgrading trucks for stability

Hello!

I’ve built my board from this pre-bought one from Decathlon:

https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/surf-fish-longboard-80-cm/_/R-p-5920

I’ve already replaced the wheel for some 80mm Orangatangs and I’m quite satisfied with how the board handles at low speeds. But when going to higher speeds(30km/h+) it becomes a bit unstable and I’m not confident.

I was wondering if upgrading my trucks to Paris V3 180mm would improve stability and how would that affect my turning ability on tight corners?

My truck width is already at around 180mm probably as the distance between the inner parts of the wheels is 150mm. The angle is also 50 degrees like the Paris trucks. The bushings are 92A

I would dewedge it. then, get some riptide bushings. Wont turn as sharp, but be more stable.

try out Harder bushing

Paris V3’s offer lower baseplate angles too. Most of my friends that use Paris V3’s use a 50 plate in the front and a 43 Degree in the back.
