Still having over heating with this but its lasting longer befor going into limp mode
im lowering down to 40a tomorrow to see will that help,

I ride it with 45A Motor Max and 30A brake (both, motor and battery regen). Battery max doesn’t matter to much, as long as it is same or higher as Motor Max.
I’m in the 70Kg range and do inflate my tires to 50 PSI. Belts should be tightened to a level where you can still substantially deform the belt line with your thumb. Also check your wheel nuts to not be over tight. I rest my board on the side and loosen the wheel nut until I can feel some play, pulling and pushing the wheel up and down. Then I re-tighten the nut step by step (quarter turns or less) until any play is eliminated.

That is contrary to how most others set up their vesc on the forum, not that I think it is your over heating problem.
What advantage is there to setting battery A higher than motor A?
No advantage, but also no disadvantage.
