What wheel size can you use with 36t pulley?

90 is the accepted minimum. You could prolly get away with 85mm but I broke a belt today so I’m gun shy.

What if you go bigger like 97 and 107?

Oh yeah, that’s fine. Just don’t want the belt to close the ground. I’ve run 48t on 6in wheels. The smaller the pulley the more torque.
