Wheel hubs for pneumatic tires (aka Janux hubs) for sales

I see your point, a washer there would solve the gap issue.

Thanks. Just realised that you can get 10x28x8 bearings, so should be good for 10mm axles as well.

Will these fit evolve trucks?

How much does

  • one hub with bearings
  • one hub with bearings and a pulley

weight?

Current design would not fit evolve trucks, TB218mm would. Evolve axle is too short, I would need to modify the hub to fit it.

I like that MBS matrix motor mount teaser up there @marcmt88 ! When might those be available?

Hey Dusten, I am waiting for the belts, should be available in couple weeks.

Oh man they look sick. Definitely looking forward to getting a set in the future

What size belts fit the pulley, 15mm or 12mm? And are they htd5m or other size?

Pulley width is 13 or 16mm to fit 12 or 15mm belts, only available in HTD5m.

Would these hubs/tires work on a TB 218mm using a dual 6374 setup of your long motor mount package with 16mm pulleys?

Also, are the tires they’re designed for included? If not, will you sell them as well or do we need to buy from the Baba?

Thanks  I think you may have just taken over a couple more line items on my build list lol

Pics of my hubs with 6x2 pneumatic tires on TB 218mm running dual SK3 Turnigy 6374s. Please note: Turnigy 6374 motor is not a “true” 6374. Can diameter and length measure 59mm and 86.3mm respectively as oppose to typical 63mm and 74mm. You would have much more clearance between motors if using true 6374s like @scepter dark matter.

Is that picture of the sk3 “5986” installed with 12mm or 15mm wide belts?

Maybe? The motors looks slightly closer than his picture in another post where he said running 15mm belts with Sk3s would probably be possible with a couple extra speed washers

“Running dual APS 6384 side-by-side is possible on TB 218mm, probably require using additional speed washers to push the wheel assembly outward to accommodate 15mm wide belts. Dual Turnigy SKS 6374s on TB 218mm with 12mm wide belts  Note: still have ~4mm clearance between motors” http://esk8content.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/uploads/db2454/original/3X/e/6/e6736f9fb99468b1cf3253de2fbfc79b83fa770e.JPG

Hey Cort, Above setup  is a dual SK3 Turnigy 6374 on TB 218mm running 15mm belts. SK3 Turnigy 6374s are not true 6374. They should be labeled as “5986” because can diameter is 59mm x can length 86.3mm. Its length is 12mm longer than your typical 6374.

Prior to getting into eSk8 building I thought the numbers were based on the stator dimensions apposed to can dimensions.
