Here’s the latest design that goes to production

As you can see i made adjustment on motor mounting position and angle.

Actually, i also made the TKP version for me to test, but I don’t have the trucks at the moment, so the press fit still untested, but i think it’ll fit just fine.

Material: Aluminum 7075

Fix Distance: 70-76-82mm

Adjustable Distance: 73-79mm

Motor spacing: 172mm

Fix Angle: 15 & 25 deg

Adjustable Angle: Vary

Idler Compatible

For fix distance, you can try this setup, but there also adjustable distance (or use idler) with vary combination

Note: If you use bigger motor such as 6374/6880, best to use them counter the kingpin direction. 6355 motor suit both direction.

On the making

Would it bee too much to ask to have a C shaped motor side mount so it’d be easier to remove the motor sliding it out without the need to remove the pulley?

The production already started and if i make that cut the fix distance can not be used.

I understand no problem, do you think making this cut out could change the strengh of the motor mount structure?

I think its still holding fine, you can use the adjutable dist, or still using the fix dist with 3 bolt. You can modified by your self like that if you like. 7075 is strong enough.
