No fishpaper rings on the + terminals? 
Looks like there are extra white plastic rings?
Yeah that’s right …
Yeah they’re fishpaper rings on the +. Same sort as the insulating rings below the heatshrink. The parralels are also fishpapered aswell as the glass fibre tape and the positive terminals with wires over are kapton’d to ensure the balance leads are not rubbed
