All terrain rubber wheel kit

I installed an all terrain rubber wheel kit on my board but the controls are backwards? I put every wire exactly where the others where! they sent a new controler but it doesnt sink with my board? any help would be greatly appreciated ! I’m ready to turn the dam trucks around lol

Swap any two phase wires.

Thanks that’s what I did works now.im still new at this.i want to build something better and more aggressive next!!!
