BLDC vs FOC test

In general, FOC mode is more efficient than BLDC mode(6-step commutation). but how large is the difference in efficiency. I share the results.

So I checked them with FSESC(FOC mode) and RESC(BLDC mode, my own designed ESC).

PART 1 : FlipSky 6354 motor 190KV –> FOC mode is 5% more efficient.

PART 2 : 6384 motor 190KV –> It is similar.

PART 3 : hub motor(60KV) on the road. –> It is similar.

So far I think there is no big difference in efficiency. I will test it more with other platforms.
