BMS, battery or charger is not charging

Hi, I have a problem with my board. When I am gonna charge it won’t charge the charger lights red for some seconds and turns green again and the board won’t start if I have connected the system with the bms but if I connect the battery and vesc it works but I can’t charge it and I have bought a new BMS and charging adapters but they don’t work either

Cann someone help me.

Bit more info my friend, what battery what board ie prebuilt or diy for the info provided you have isolated the bms so the problem would either be the battery or charger check the pack with a meter and see if you have a bad bank. trial and error to identify the issue is the only way forwrd at this point.
