Looks like you have found all the cheapest parts possible, so if you are looking to spend the absolute minimum you are on the right track…

Let me ask one question though… what if you get all this stuff, its not good and you had to buy it all again… essentially spending twice the amount?

Would you have preferred to spend more, in the beginning, to get better stuff? or just accept the losses?

I remember buying the same quality stuff from a company called Enertion @Hector Their stuff actually used to try and kill me repeatedly due to a lack of QC and prior engineering experience. The owner thought he knew what he was doing. But he didn’t.

If you want some advice. Search the forums a bit (probably not this forum as it’s dead) for some higher quality parts like the stormcore from here https://lacroixboards.com/products/stormcore and maybe a reliable battery from here https://forum.esk8.news/t/duck-battery-systems/38047 (you can request to get a custom battery any size, any battery type).

P.S.- Buying twice isn’t a thing when you don’t listen to guys like the above.

I checked the reviews and they all say it works great the esc btw also is that battery no good it’s the 36v 10000mah 360 wh one

I’m sure all the stuff will work. I guess it just depends what your objective is…

I just want to be able to cruise round and the battery to last a long time also I’m getting a different motor as I have seen very good reviews for them about saying how long they last and that they are very durable ps. There along better than that flipsky https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-sk8-6374-192kv-sensored-brushless-motor-14p.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=google_gb_shopping&countrycode=GB&gclid=Cj0KCQjwreT8BRDTARIsAJLI0KLIVC3O3BRH1HKbEEcKHbqWByvz2ajODKBV2NHe_Ys4Fy-xZe3CxQoaAvFEEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&___store=en_us

what is your budget?

building your own isnt always as cheap as it might seem…

Probably about ÂŁ250-300

comes built & has a warranty…

think of this as a starting platform, I made a video about this concept.

I learned a while back that warranty doesn’t mean shit. I once had a 110% money back warranty from a company called Enertion. All I received was broken replacement parts and shit that tried to kill me. No money back. No nothing.

@Hector Don’t rely on warranty. Rely on quality parts.

Hot glue is not a starting point. It’s a failing point. Figured you’d know this by now.
