I have a bunch of Samsung 18650s there all the same and have been used identically, im wondering how to solder in a balance cable rather than a BMS so i can charge it with a balance charger outside the board so i can have a few of them to hot swap. basicly i want to build some RC lipos.

Depends on how they are wired. You have to run a lead to each pack to get the nominal voltage
