FYI, Bought and did some test on Diyeboard’s Nylon 36T flywheel pulley for DIY build board. It’s fully compatible with ABEC11’s original hubs which is pretty good but it would be better if you could provide the bearing spacer with a special size. The special bearings for pulley looks decent but the bearing fits only half-a-way through the wheel hub, so normal longboard bearing spacer is too short to make it work.
For temporary fix, I just put a built-in spacer bearing on one side+ sanded down standard normal sized bearing spacer to fill up the missing gap of the bearing slot on the wheel pulley side.
Also, 8mm axle needs to be 4mm longer so I had to cut some of the aluminium (which was pretty easy to do but just letting esk8 builders know if they were considering to use this pulley instead of enertion / evolve pulley)
Looking forward to see DIYeboard making a pulley like this for Kegel 80mm wheels as well and with the special longer bearing spacers so people could tighten their wheel nuts.
