So I was taking apart the motor and I lost the c looking clip that holds it together, what should I do?

dont worry about it, the magnets will keep it together as long as you have your motor mount in alignment.

That’s what I thought because when I took it apart the magnet s were very strong

They are called a Circlip

You can replace it with a regular 7mm diameter cir-clip.
